Sam has a background in operations management in both the manufacturing and hospitality sectors and brings over 15 years administration experience to her role. She is very much a people person and loves the opportunity that being a VA brings in working with a variety of people and industries.
What are the key skills and value do you bring to your clients?
I love a list, whether it be tasks to be completed to meet client deadlines or food items required for upcoming party, a good list always helps me focus my mind and ensure I don't miss a beat. My speciality lies in project and client management. From onboarding, research, product sourcing, correspondence right through to invoicing.
What do you love doing outside of work?
My passions revolve around my family. From travelling to far flung locations or trips to the seaside with my husband and two boys, we enjoy socialising with friends over good food and drink and I'm a big fan of a cheesy movie night.

I specialises in long-form copy, including websites, sales pages, blogs and email campaigns. I take the time to get to know my clients so I can provide them with honest and heartfelt copy that builds genuine connections with their customers.
What do you love doing outside of work?
Most of my spare time is spent with my two dogs, Archie and Molly and exploring new walks with them. Being on the water is another one of my happy places, so you can sometimes find me sitting on a kayak or taking a cold plunge in the river.

I love problem solving and really enjoy setting up new systems and processes, ensuring things run smoothly. What do you love doing outside of work?
Outside of work I'm kept busy wrangling my two adventurous little ones! When I have time, I enjoy unwinding by going for walks, gaming or getting lost in a good fantasy or horror novel.
