    Sophie brings over 15 years of experience in Client Account Management and Project Management across a wide range of industries. Her extensive background in leading medium to large teams, both in-office and remotely, has been key to her success since founding OneStopVA in 2017. Driven by a passion for supporting businesses in a flexible and tailored way, Sophie’s vision of creating a true one-stop shop for virtual assistant services has come to life, thanks to the diverse and talented team now in place.

    What key skills and value do you bring to your clients?

    I pride myself on being a bit of an all-rounder! While my focus is now primarily on the business and supporting the team, rather than working directly with clients, my skill set spans everything from admin and project management to tech setup, automations, launch management, account management, and more. I love using this knowledge to support our team, which ultimately means better support for our clients. Problem-solving is one of my favourite things to do, if something feels 'impossible', I’m always keen to help find a practical solution.

    What do you love doing outside of work?

    In my spare time, I love spending time with our twin boys and our two rescue dogs, and I’m passionate about supporting animal rescue whenever I can. I also enjoy cooking delicious plant-based meals, sewing and crocheting handmade gifts for loved ones, and getting lost in a good fiction book!

    Sam has a background in operations management in both the manufacturing and hospitality sectors and brings over 15 years administration experience to her role. She is very much a people person and loves the opportunity that being a VA brings in working with a variety of people and industries.

    I love a list, whether it be tasks to be completed to meet client deadlines or food items required for upcoming party, a good list always helps me focus my mind and ensure I don't miss a beat. My speciality lies in project and client management. From onboarding, research, product sourcing, correspondence right through to invoicing.

    What do you love doing outside of work?

    My passions revolve around my family. From travelling to far flung locations or trips to the seaside with my husband and two boys, we enjoy socialising with friends over good food and drink.

    Lindsey is passionate about helping to support clients with tasks they don’t have the time or skill set for, so that they can focus on growth. With over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, she specialise in streamlining processes, crafting impactful brand visuals, and managing projects from start to finish. She also has experience in managing teams, setting up and running tech systems, and delving into data analysis, all to ensure your operations run smoothly. From project management to podcast editing, event support, design work, and website updates, she has a variety of skills to support your business needs.

    I love problem solving and really enjoy setting up new systems and processes, ensuring things run smoothly. My diverse skillset also means I can support you with a variety of tasks including streamline operations, creating impactful designs, and managing projects, giving you more time to focus on growth.

    What do you love doing outside of work?

    Outside of work I'm kept busy wrangling my two adventurous little ones! When I have time, I enjoy unwinding by going for walks, gaming or getting lost in a good fantasy or horror novel.

    I bring value to clients by offering a comprehensive range of core services, including executive support, document creation, data entry, minute taking, filing system setup, and management of emails, calendars, and diaries. I also provide HR administration, develop Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations, conduct online research, organise international travel, plan events, manage invoicing, credit control, and expenses, and assist with business planning. My proficiency in using tools like Google, Microsoft, Canva, Slack, Notion, and use AI to help enhance productivity and streamline processes, ensuring efficient and effective support for clients.

    What do you love doing outside of work?

    I enjoy walking in nature, gardening on a busy allotment, cooking, baking, exercising, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family, all with a quirky sense of humour!

    What do you love doing outside of work?

    When I’m not busy being a tech VA, you’ll likely find me swapping spreadsheets for setlists at music festivals, chasing down the perfect sunset while traveling, or trying to convince my laptop that my book's latest chapter is pure literary genius (spoiler: it usually disagrees). Whether I’m dancing in a field, boarding a plane, or battling writer’s block, I’m always collecting stories and inspiration to fuel my creative side!

    Claire is a qualified Primary Teacher with a diverse professional background spanning both the education and corporate sectors. While she has spent a significant part of her career working in education, she has also held leadership roles within a large corporate organisation. Through these experiences, she has developed extensive office-based and remote working expertise.

    What key skills and value do you bring to your clients?

    I am really organised and love to help my clients feel the same. I am proactive and like to be one step ahead. I offer a range of core admin services to help businesses run smoothly and efficiently. These include diary and inbox management, document preparation, data entry, scheduling and coordination of meetings, website maintenance, accounts and invoicing as well as personal admin if required.

    What do you love doing outside of work?

    I love spending time with my daughter and 3 rescue dogs. I have volunteered in animal rescue for over 20 years, I have transported and found new homes for many dogs over the years. I love walking, exploring new places and reading.
